Partnership for Quality Living (PQL)

The Partnership for Quality Living (PQL) mission is to inspire excellence in service to the public, making communities more livable by recognizing, documenting and celebrating outstanding enhancements to quality of life by individuals and organizations in the Superior California region.
The Vision of the Partnership for Quality Living is that the leisure and environmental quality of life in the Superior California region is healthy, vibrant and playful.
Goals
To achieve the Vision/Mission, the Partnership for Quality Living will do the following through partnerships and collaboration:

recognize, honor and memorialize the history of people, organizations, places and programs that have, through outstanding and long standing practices, significantly improved quality of life in the region
inspire and support people, agencies and organizations in the region to improve our leisure quality of life
through collaborations and partnerships, bring attention to and influence public policy affecting the future of the leisure quality of life in the region
