Girls & Women in Rec Sports will bring together recreation professionals from across the region to discuss the unique challenges agencies face in engaging women and girls in recreational sports programs. This session will also focus on practical strategies for creating inclusive, supportive environments that encourage participation, retention, and lifelong involvement in sport.

Whether you work in youth sports, adult leagues, program development, or facility operations, this conversation will offer valuable insight, shared experiences, and actionable ideas you can take back to your agency.
