●       Lead all Steering Committee and general membership meetings; develop agendas and coordinate follow-ups.

●       Oversee all committee operations, timelines, and District 2 coordination (via D2 Aquatics Rep)

●       Serve as the central point of contact for questions, decisions, and external communication.

●       Support scholarship review, activity approvals, and event planning oversight.

●       Coordinate strategic planning and budget alignment with the Co-Chair and Treasurer
