●        Support the Chair and lead in their absence; meet regularly with committee reps and Chair.

●       Manage scholarship application review and coordinate scholarship funding with the Treasurer.

●       Assist with budget planning across events, swag, food, and scholarships.

●       Coordinate communication flow and internal alignment among committees

●       Respectfully remind the chair to complete pending tasks.
